Hong began chef training in 1990 and has worked in the kitchen for over 35 years. Hong's Place 美食坊 opened in 2005 and has always been family-run.

We focus on flavour, freshness, and consistency so every meal feels familiar in the best way.

The menu is shaped for takeaway first: dishes with balance, texture, and flavour that still feel complete once they reach home.
