Hong began chef training in 1990 and has worked in the kitchen for over 35 years. Hong's Place 美食坊 opened in 2005 and remains a family-run kitchen focused on authentic flavours and generous portions.
“美食坊” means a place for great food — a simple promise that guides everything we do.
